Air Fryer Blueberry Bagels

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup low fat or nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 egg beaten with 1 teaspoon water
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Combine flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt and knead into dough.
- Add blueberries and knead on a floured surface for 4-5 minutes.
- Cut dough into 6 sections, shape into bagels, place in air fryer basket, and brush with egg wash.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1-2 minutes and serve.
