  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Combine flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt and knead into dough.
  3. Add blueberries and knead on a floured surface for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Cut dough into 6 sections, shape into bagels, place in air fryer basket, and brush with egg wash.
  5. Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1-2 minutes and serve.
