Ingredients
- ⅔ cup cold water
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup cucumber, roughly chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, peeled
- 3 mint leaves
- 3 ounces club soda, chilled
Instructions
- Add water, lime juice, honey, blueberries, cucumber, ginger, and mint leaves to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until completely combined.
- Strain through a fine metal sieve into a glass filled with ice. Top with club soda.
- Garnish with a cucumber slice and blueberries on a cocktail skewer.
