  1. Combine cooked quinoa, chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Combine blueberries, salt, and maple syrup in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer until thickened (15-20 minutes).
  4. Divide quinoa base into 4 jars halfway, add blueberry compote, top with more quinoa, then more compote.
